The check form. Business name, city, type of business, your name, your email, and anything you add in the notes. We use it to run the measurement and send you the result. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for US residents, your request.

The measurement itself. The questions we ask the engines are about your type of business in your city, not about you by name, except for three control questions that contain your business name. The engines' answers may name other businesses; that data is already public in the engines' output and we keep it as part of your report.

Email. What you write to us and what we reply. Kept for as long as we work together and for three years after, for our records.

Clients. Name, billing details and the data needed to do the work, for the term of the contract and as long as tax law requires afterwards.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the providers we need to run the service (email, hosting, payment), each under its own data processing terms. We do not send marketing email to people who did the check and did not ask for more. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels; this site currently uses no analytics at all.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, at privacy@brandprompted.com. We answer within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. If you are in a US state with a privacy law, the same address handles your requests.
